To make a request for records, complete the Request for Records form and return it via email to the Gainesville Police Department Administrative Assistant. Click the link to email to Susan Case, Administrative Assistant, on the right side of this page.
If you need a copy of a vehicle crash report, call in first (940-668-7777) to speak to the records clerk to verify the report is complete. There is a $6.00 fee for a copy of a crash report.
Fingerprints services are provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. There is a $10.00 fee for fingerprint services.
