This is to inform you that Lynn Vessels Construction, LLC a contracter for the City of Gainesville will be reconstructing the street on or around your property. This is part of the 2010 SUMP Bond Bid Package "C" and will begin on March 21st and completed by May 31st, 2013.
Throughout the course of construction, we will be performing the following work:
• Install new water, sewer, and/or storm drain lines
• Excavation and Demolition of existing roadway
• Prepare, Stabilize and Compact subgrade material under new road
• Pave new concrete roadway
• Replace driveways and sidewalks throughout the project
There may be periods of time while paving the street, and installing the new driveways, that you have limited or no access to your driveway. We will do everything we can to minimize these instances.
We ask that you not park any vehicles in the roadway, and to reduce or eliminate any irrigation along the street. These steps will enable us to complete the reconstruction as quickly as possible.
Citizens in this area will be informed via flyers.
