Or you can mail it to the Parks & Recreation Department at 200 S. Rusk, Gainesville, TX 76240. If your application is approved, there will be a $400 fee for the purchase of the tree and planting (65 gallon Shumar Red Oak), and the 6" x 12" granite plaque.
