Transportation

We will be offering a shuttle leaving Dallas/Fort Worth airport at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 1st to transport participants who have flown in up to the symposium location (approximately 1-1.5 hour drive). The shuttle will depart Gainesville at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 3rd and return participants to the Dallas/Fort Worth airport. If taking the shuttle, departing flights should not be scheduled prior to 4:30 PM. There will not be a shuttle from Dallas Love Field airport. Participants may arrange their own transportation from Dallas Love Field to Dallas/Fort Worth airport to take the shuttle if needed. The round-trip shuttle cost is $75 per person.

For attendees staying overnight at the Gainesville Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn, daily transportation between the hotel and symposium meeting location will be provided free of charge.

Attendees are also welcome to rent a car or drive their own vehicle to the symposium if they desire more flexibility or are not flying in.
