Event Guidelines & Rental Information
Event Timing: All events must conclude by midnight, including cleanup and removal of all personal belongings.
Main Activity Room Rental Includes:
Access to the kitchen
Use of tables, chairs, stage, and microphones
On-site staff support at no additional charge
Additional Services Available for a Fee:
Audio-visual equipment
Meeting rooms
Table skirts
Alcohol Policy & Security Requirements:
If alcohol is served, Certified Gainesville Police Officers are required.
A minimum of two officers is mandatory for events with over 200 guests.
Security fees are $50.00 per hour, per officer, paid directly to the officers in cash or money order on the day of the event.
* Non Profit groups are allowed two events per calendar year and must pay with cash or check. Third event will be regular price. To qualify for non-profit, a 501(c)(3) certificate must be provided. High school proms are excluded from non-profit rates. Proms are allowed decorating Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for no charge.
