Do you need a smoke alarm in your home? You may qualify for a free smoke alarm(s) or battery replacement from the Gainesville Fire Department if you meet the following criteria:
- You live in the City of Gainesville, TX
- You are on a fixed income
- You are handicapped, or otherwise unable to install the alarm.
The smoke alarm(s) and batteries are installed by on-duty firefighters at no cost to the resident.
