Expired Offenses:
- Citations issued for Expired DL may be dismissed with proof of DL renewal and payment of the $20.00 state dismissal fee.
- Citations issued for Expired Vehicle Registration may be dismissed with proof of Vehicle Registration and payment of the $20.00 state dismissal fee.
Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No Insurance):
Citations for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility may be dismissed if you submit proof of financial responsibility or insurance and the policy was in force the date and time you received the citation.
You may present proof of insurance in person, by mail or by fax on or before your initial appearance.
