A Certificate of Occupancy application form needs to be completed and turned in to the Community Development Department office, located at 104 West Hird St. The minimum fee, per the fee schedule, must be paid before a Certificate can be issued. A building inspector and a fire inspector will visit the property for an inspection. If the inspection passes, the Community Development Department will then contact Oncor and issue a Certificate of Occupancy.Community Development
