Property owners are notified by mail of violations and are given at least ten days to correct and abate any violations. If you need additional time to correct a violation, please give us a call at 940-668-5749 and we will make sure you have the time you need to get it corrected.

Failure to abate a property maintenance code violation may result in a citation with fines up to $2000 per day the violation exists.
