Overview
The Zoning Appeals Board hears and determines appeals regarding the alleged error on any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Building Official in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance. The board also reviews certain variance requests.

The board consists of five members with two alternates serving two-year terms.
